Poster Contest
Custer Soil and Water Conservation District sponsor the annual Poster Contest each year as part of their youth education program within the District. All of the 5th and 6th grade students from Challis were given an opportunity to participated this year. The theme for 2023 was “One Water”
The District provides awards to the top three posters in the 5th and 6th grades.
2023
1st - Cody Stebbins – 6th grade $ 50
2nd - Brixon Piva – 5th grade $35
3rd - Bruno Piva – 5th grade $25
Brixon Piva and Bruno Piva's posters won 2nd and 3rd in the IASCD Division VI Contest and advanced to the IASCD State Contest for 2023 representing Custer SWCD and the Challis Elementary School.
2022
